Garcelle is a passionate mental health therapist, social equity advocate, and nonprofit leader dedicated to creating healing spaces for historically marginalized communities. A graduate of the University of Denver’s Master of Social Work program, Garcelle brings deep experience in trauma-informed care, restorative justice, and community outreach to their work.
She’s supported LGBTQ+ clients, youth at risk, and survivors of violence across a range of settings—from schools and prisons to nonprofit organizations and clinical practices. As Executive Director of The Franklin Foundation, Garcelle has led community-driven programs including pandemic relief for thousands of families and dignity-centered initiatives for incarcerated women.
Now at Allswell, Garcelle continues to center care that is inclusive, culturally aware, and grounded in empowerment. Their approach blends clinical expertise with a deep commitment to systemic change and community healing.
